  • At the corner of Henri Road and York Road, there is a smaller access road that parallels Three Chopt Road. Meet in the section between York and St Christopher’s Road in front of Saint Bridget Middle School. There is plenty of room to park.  Please note, another running group leaves from St. Stephen’s Church at 5:30 am. We will be running down Iris Lane to do hill repeats in neighborhoods near U of R.  The total workout should take 45 minutes to an hour. PLEASE bring some kind of head lamp or light as the neighborhood is dark.

TRACK WORKOUTS

NEW THIS YEAR! HMTT participants are invited to join MTT for track workout. Track workouts are held at Sports Backers Stadium, 100 Avenue of Champions, Richmond, VA 23230

Warm-up starts at 5:30 pm, Workouts from 6 – 7 pm
