2023 Hill Workout Confirmed Locations:
TUESDAY EVENINGS:
Byrd Park: VITA Course & Pump House Drive
- TUESDAYS @ 6:00 PM
- Brendan Conway
- Meet at the Byrd Park VITA Course, it’s a nice warm up(about a mile loop), and then we will head over to Pump House Drive for Hill Repeats and then afterward find a spot for a quick cool down and stretch. Those glutes and hamstrings are gonna feel tight!!
THURSDAY MORNINGS:
Midlothian YMCA: 737 Coalfield Road, Midlothian, VA 23114

- Meet under the big light near the YMCA parking lot entrance. We’ll ease into a 1+ Mile Warm-up before a session of challenging repeats of the infamous Grove Hill! Followed by a 1/3-mile cool-down jog back to the Parking Lot.
Near West End/University of Richmond: River Road Shopping Center in front of Mosaic restaurant/Talbots
- Thursdays @ 6:00 AM

- We will run into University of Richmond to warm up and do hill repeats, then run back to River Road Shopping Center. Please bring a head lamp, lights, and wear reflective gear as it is dark at 5:30 AM! And bring water along so you stay hydrated!
Short Pump: Publix at John Rolfe Shopping Center

- Park towards the YMCA side of the Publix. We will run up John Rolfe Parkway to Glen Eagles Drive to run repeats. Please bring a head lamp as it is dark at 5:30 am! And bring water along so you stay hydrated!
Virginia Center Commons (parking lot next to Starbucks/Five Guys off Virginia Center Pkwy & Brook Rd)

HMTT participants are invited to join MTT for track workout. Track workouts are held at Sports Backers Stadium, 100 Avenue of Champions, Richmond, VA 23230
Warm-up starts at 5:30 PM, Workouts from 6 – 7 PM
