Note:  If your appointment is moved or cancelled, please call the hotline again and they will get you rescheduled with the first available provider.

If you have NEVER been seen at VCU Health before:

  1. Call 804-828-0713
  2. Press Option 1 to register – DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.  Ask the person answering the phone to register you as a patient and that is all.
  3. Once registered, hang up and call 804-828-0822 to schedule an appointment.
