WENDESDAY MORNINGS: 

Byrd Park (VITA Course & Pump House Drive)

  • Start Time: 6:00 AM
  • Timmy Siverd ([email protected]​)
  • Meet at the Byrd Park VITA Course, it’s a nice warm up​ (about a mile loop), head​ing over to Pump House Drive for Hill Repeats and then afterward find a spot for a quick cool down and stretch. Those glutes and hamstrings are gonna feel tight!!!

THURSDAY MORNINGS: 

Woolridge Elementary School: 5401 Timber Bluff Pkwy, Midlothian, VA 23112

Midlothian YMCA: 737 Coalfield Road, Midlothian, VA 23114

  • Start: 6:00 AM
  • Brian Dueweke ([email protected])​, Erin Seals Truitt ([email protected]​)
  • Meet under the big light near the YMCA parking lot entrance. We’ll ease into a 1+ Mile Warm-up before a session of challenging repeats of the infamous Grove Hill! Followed by a 1/3-mile cool-down jog back to the Parking Lot.

TRACK WORKOUTS

HMTT participants are invited to join MTT for track workout. Track workouts are held at Sports Backers Stadium, 100 Avenue of Champions, Richmond, VA 23230. More details include track dates can be found here.

Warm-up starts at 5:30 PM, Workouts from 6 – 7 PM
