Our goal is to foster your running.

Here are some Weekday Groups that would welcome additional runners.

 

TEAM WEDNESDAY NIGHT FAN RUN (TWN) (map)

When: Wednesdays at 6:15 p.m.

Where: The corner of Monument and Boulevard on the steps of First Baptist Church

Who: Runs are held year-round. The only weeks that we don’t run are the last 2 or 3 weeks in November.

During MTT,  (first week of June to the Richmond Marathon in November), we have routes that follow both the 500 and 700 schedules, and we’ll also have a 3-mile route throughout the season for those who are training for the half or who are just out for a run.

What: We organize SAGs during August, September and October.  BONUS: We don’t take ourselves too seriously and tap off each run with some food and beverages at a Fan establishment.

Everyone is welcome! Our paces are from 8:00 – 12:00 minutes per mile, our ages of our runners are from their 20’s – 70’s. We usually have a large enough group to accommodate a variety of paces and running styles.

Fan Foxes (map)

When:  Tuesday and Thursday at 6 a.m. (generally- as we get into longer distances time is adjusted)

Where:  William Fox Elementary School, Hanover Avenue

Who:  Pace between 8:00 and 12:00 per mile depending on who shows up

What:  Running

Rogue Runners (map)

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 a.m.

Where: St. Stephen’s Cafe between Grove and York

Who: Various speeds between 7:30 per mile and 8:30 per mile

When:  Tuesday and Thursday at 5:45 a.m. – ALWAYS CHECK THE GROUP FACEBOOK PAGE

Where: Midlo YMCA- sidewalk to your right as you enter the parking lot

Who:  3 to 4 miles at all paces per mile
